Day 1: Arrive in Chongqing
Arrive at Chongqing. Upon arrival, meet your guide and pay a visit to Chongqing Zoo. You can see the precious giant panda as well as other rare animals such as golden monkeys and south China tigers.
Then head to Ciqikou Ancient Town, a busy port famous for porcelain production during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It is a place full of religious temples, traditional buildings, ancient alleys with local teahouses and restaurants.
Later, transfer to embark your 3-night downstream cruise on the Yangtze River, the third longest in the world and the largest in China. The Yangtze River originates on the Tibetan Plateau and traverses a distance of 3900 miles before flowing into the East China Sea, near Shanghai. It has been the lifeline in China for millennia.

Day 2: Yangtze cruise tour

Yangtze cruise Start our sailing for a distance of 430 miles in all the great gorges and the deep mountain valleys. Afternoon we reach to the Ghost City of Fengdu for a shore excursion, the temples here reveal ancient Chinese religion and legends with their imaged constructions and the ghost statures for people lucky praying. We could also have a glimpse of the new settlement town by the relocation of the new dam construction. Return back the boat and continue sailing. 
It is subject to visit Shibozai Pagoda on the cliff which has been always regarded a pearl along the river for people praying for good luck in the ancient.

Day3: Yangtze cruise tour 

Yangtze cruise Sailing into the first Qutang Gorge and the second Wu Gorge and the river changes to wildly stirring, riffle water along with numerous swirling bubbles. The mossy cliffs are hemmed by the hanging pathways under the Twelve Peaks. After the boat reaches to famed Shennong Stream, we change to the small boat and sail deep into the fabled Three Lesser Gorges of 3 hours exploration. After we get to the upstream we change to small sampan pulling up by man tracker on bubbled water to the ethnic villages, they celebrate our visiting by singing local songs along the sampan trip while we enjoy the most scenic of all gorges for an excursion
After return back the boat, we continue sail into the third Xiling Gorge and pass through many historical sites. Finally sail through the huge Three Gorges Dam and the 5 ship locks with lowering the boat down 412 feet.

 Day 4: Yangtze-Yichang-Zhangjiajie

Continue Sailing in Xiling Gorge then take a shore excursion to the New Dam site in the morning, and transfer to Yichang city by car, change train to Zhangjiajie at 13:00
arrive in Zhangjiajie at 18:00, transfer to a hotel in Zhangjiajie city

Day 5: Zhangjiajie-Yuanjiajie-Mount Tianzi
Ascend virgin Yuanjiajie scenic area overlook wonder view by super elevator, on summit platform you will see heaven and earth pillar unpredictable prototype mountain of the movie AVATAR directed by Jame cameron, Bailong elevator-world engineering wonder locates here, which outstands as the world tallest one with the height of 326 meters, it take 1.58 seconds to transport tourists from the bottom to the Yuanjiajie top exhibiting unbelievable and fantastic views, sightseeing around here about 3 hours, take park bus to Tianzi mount, sightseeing here about 2-3 hours, take cable car downhill
Mount Tianzi Nature Reserve is a mesa in the northwest of Wulingyuan, It is known as the Monarch of the Peak Forest, the huge forests of pillars stand foursquare against the distant blue hills, announcing themselves to be the very treasures that Unesco declares them to be.- It is a perfect location to have a panoramic view of the nature reserve. Tianzi Mountain has four wonders: the Sea of Clouds, the Radiance of the Moonlight, Rays of Sunshine and the Snow in winter. Do sightseeing in the highlighted part of Golden whip stream, Golden Whip Stream is famous for its pristine water, its verdant mountains, its steep cliffs and its serene valley. As a veritable paradise for plants, its pathways are adorned by an abundance of flowers, trees, and grasses. Then too, this place is a kingdom fit for various fauna-birds, fish and land animals. 

Day 6: Zhangjiajie---Yellow dragon cave-Zhangjiajie Grand canyon

After breakfast we drive to Yellow dragon cave, do sightseeing there 3 hours, Yellow Dragon Cave is the longest one in Asia; it is an incomparable realm of gigantic subterranean chambers, fantastic cave formations, and extraordinary features. Today many of the wonders of Yellow dragon cave are well known, yet the experience of exploring its chambers is every bit as exciting. The cave remained mystic to local villagers before the first caving adventure took place in 1982;
Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon situated in Sanguansi, cili county Zhangjiajie city, 10 km east to Wulingyuan world natural heritage site, which is a new discovery of scenic site.  When driving close to the entrance a expanse of bamboo disappear, you find a deeply lower Valley with cutting-edge cliffs.a hill path cutting through narrow crevice leads vertically to the bottom of the valley, the area is about 60 square km. its pristine water, its verdant mountains, its steep cliffs and its serene valley mark the place as a wonderland. 3 hours sightseeing in the grand canyon.

Day 7: Zhangjiajie-Mount Tianmen-Fenghuang
after breakfast in the hotel, drive to Mount Tianmen, todays tour will be 6-7 hours

In the evening, walk around the town along the river and appreciate beautiful night scene. Silver wares and ornaments makers and vendors display their stuff along the road, and people buy colorful candle lit paper crafts and set them free on the water.

Day 8: Fenghuang-Zhangjiajie
After breakfast in the hotel, visit Attractions in Fenghuang, this fascinating riverside town of ancient city walls and gate towers, houses on the stilts overlooking the river and hoary temples dotted about the old town can easily fill a couple of days. Home of a lively population of the Miao and Tujia minorities, Strolling willy-nilly is the best way to see Fenghuang. Many of the back alleys in the old town maintain an intriguing charm, a treasure trove of old family pharmacists, traditional shops, temples, ancestral halls and crumbling dwellings. Restored fragments of the city wall lie along the south bank of the Tuo River in the old town and a few dilapidated chunks survive elsewhere. Writer Shen Congwen and other celebrity’s former residences are located in the old alleys in the town.
After lunch drive back 4 hours ride to Zhangjiajie city, transfer to Zhangjiajie airport.
