Grand Canyons glass-bottomed bridge in Zhangjiajie

Heart-stopping new heights 每 Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon is set to open the worlds highest and longest glass-bottom bridge in July, 2015.

Makeshift catwalk 每 Apart from being an observatory, the bridge will also serve as a runway for events such as fashion shows. It will be able to support a maximum of 800 people at one time.

Worlds highest bungee jump 每 With a vertical drop of 300 meters directly under the bridge, the new Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon skywalk will also feature the worlds highest bungee jump. Bridge construction 每 No steel or concrete was used to create the surface of the bridge, which is 430 meters long and six meters wide.

 Haim Dotan 每 Israeli architect Haim Dotan, who designed the Israel Pavilion for the Expo 2010 Shanghai, is behind Zhangjiajies new glass-bottomed bridge.

Wulingyuan Scenic Area 每 The 26,000-hectare Wulingyuan Scenic Area in Hunan has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage site. Zhangjiajie National Forest Park , one of the several national parks within Wulingyuan, is Chinas first forest reserve.

Dramatic landscapes 每 The area is home to striking sandstone and quartz cliffs, making dramatic landscapes. There are more than 3,000 narrow sandstone pillars and gorges with many pools, streams, waterfalls.

The real Pandora 每 An Avatar sculpture atop Tianzi Mountain The location and it surroundings are said to have inspired James Camerons film Avatar.

New infrastructure 每 A number of new tourist facilities have been built in recent years, including another cliff-side glass-bottomed skywalk and the worlds longest cable car ride, up to the peak of Tianmen Mountain

a) Does the bus from Wulingyuan go all the way to Grand Canyon entrance or do we have to change buses ?
RE:the bus from Wulingyuan go all the way to Grand Canyon entrance.

b) How to get to Cili railway station from Grand Canyon exit ?
RE: take bus from grand canyon entrance to cili bus station, from the bus station take taxi to the railway station. Or just take bus from grand canyon to Zhangjiajie train station.Zhangjiajie station is next to Cili station.

c) Is there a left luggage counter at grand canyon or cili railway station ?
RE: There is no left luggage counter at grand canyon, there is left luggage counter in Cili train station.

d) Is there direct bus from Zhangjiajie city bus station or train station to grand canyon?
RE:There is direct bus from Zhangjiajie bus station or train station to Grand Canyon, from 06:00---17:30, every 40 minutes, the bus is to Jiangya that stop at Grand Canyon.
Change bus at Grand Canyon exit to Grand Canyon entrance, bus ticket is 2 Yuan. Private mini bus is 30 Yuan the whole mini bus.

e) What to type in google maps to get the Grand Canyon location ?
